Be​₽fore using the emulsifier, we must fir≈®π↑st understand some precautions that shoulγ↕§d be paid attention to ∞←δ to prevent man-made accidents. We can♠•₩ check one by one from the following levels. Afte<€✘r the check is over, we can start ±₽φthe next stage of manufacturing.

1. The power supply musπ•↓t be connected first, and the φ₹¶ground wire of the emulsifier must be connecte≤÷©←d reliably to ensure the protection of elec ↕$tricity consumption. OtherγΩwise, disasters are liδ  kely to happen.

2. When the power is turned ₽δon, we need to move the ∑∞ ♠homogenizing head of th '↓≈e rotary emulsifier to observe the turning of✔←λ¶ the homogenizing head. ✔ "Looking from top to bottom, i✔γ←f it is rotated counterc→↕©βlockwise, it means that the power is connected c ©&γorrectly. If it is rotated♣↓  clockwise, it means that the power i♠¥↑s reversed and should be reconnecte¶"d to the power supply.

3. The homogenizing head of the emulsifier is pr ♦£ ohibited from idling in the absence₩÷♥ of medium to prevent heat generφ'ation, burn out bearings and def¶₽¶×ormation of seals.

4. in the case of vacuuming​λ ≤, be sure to fill the vacuum p≥>Ωump water tank with ♣®water first to prevent the vacuum pump αλ∑from idling. When the vac¶≠uum pump is started for π the first time, it is necessary to check whethe✘±↕$r each vacuum pipeline ®₩ ™is sealed to prevent ×₹‍σair leakage and to p←≤✔revent insufficient vacuum.

5. Before closing the vacuum pump, clos ★σεe the ball valve in front of the vacuum ‍∞∞λpump to prevent dew. Whe€γφn it is necessary to ra§×↓ise the lid of the pot, be sure to ελopen the air filter first,​ε let the pot body become n✔±εormal pressure, and  ¶then use it up and down.

6. It is forbidden to open the vacuum pumΩ≠p without sealing the lid. If there are spec≠‍→≠ial circumstances, it should not be started for m&♦¶♦ore than three minutes t∞₹o prevent damage.

7. When the material needs to be he©★βated, it is necessary to ensure that th↓↑ere is a heating medium in the jacket of the emu₽•lsifier to prevent dry burning and damage toσ® the heating tube.

8. in the process of using the♦¶α÷ emulsifier, if there isεφ© abnormal noise, be sλ€ure to turn off the power immediatel™$δy, and then use it again after the §→cause is found out.

9. During the operation of the emuls$σ ®ifying machine, it is for≈ bidden to extend all parts of the bod¥↑↑εy into the pot to prevent ac≠∞∏σcidents.

10. When cleaning the ÷☆≈emulsifying machine, be sure t¶↔o cut off all the power before¶↕ proceeding to avoid accidents.
