Structure and composition:

Installation and debugging precautions:
1. Turn on the power supply, the power •®♠✘supply is consistent, and payβ↑ attention to the reliable groundσ ♥×ing of the ground wire, turn on the ₩← main power switch, and the power indicαator light is on. (A∑Ω♠fter the motor is wired or not restarted for ♥→a long time, it shoulαβ∞d be jogged for a trial run, and the turning ★★•δof the stirring frame is reversed when viewed from top to bottom. 2. Correctly connect the pipes of the∏σ§≤ homogenizer (including the overflow, drain aε π'nd sewage outlets, etc.).
3. Before vacuuming work, be su©↑£re to check whether the po↓→t is flat against the lid of tφ¥σhe pot, and whether the lid of the pot and t& he material port is tightly c✘&overed, and the seal is reliable. Clos±®£e the valve ports on the lid, then op≠↔en the vacuum valve on the lid, and then tu≥₩γrn on the vacuum pump to e₹≈ vacuate. 6. It is strictly forb$∞€idden to run the vacuum☆'™φ pump without working fluid¥β. Do not block the exhaust port when the γ׶☆pump is running.
7. Regularly check the lubricating oil and gre>♠ase in each component and bearing, and rep"♥↔lace the clean lubricating oil and grease in ♣₽♣↓time.
8. Keep the homogenizer ∑↕εclean. The parts of the homogenizλ♠er that are in contact with the working flΩ↑¶uid should be cleaned ev<™ery time the material is to be stopped or≤₹ replaced, especially the cutti✔®×ng wheel cutting sleeve at the head, the sliding ♠εbearing and the shaft ∏'←sleeve in the homogenizing × sleeve. After cleaning and ♥♥reassembly, the hand-rotat≈↕δed impeller should be free of sticking phenomeno ∏n. After the two flanges of the pot bo♦ σ↔dy and the pot cover are relatively fixed, the ho₩αmogenizer motor can be turned correctly and ε>∑there is no other abnoε♠rmality before it can be started.
9. The cleaning work of all₩£↔ pots is handled by the user according to ↑↓the standard.
